Job Summary

A computer software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engineering Technical Lead.

Must be able to:

  • Architect, design, develop, and support a petabyte-scale multi-cloud data lake engine
  • Analyze fault-tolerance and high availability issues
  • Design and implement complex, distributed platforms for storing data

Qualifications for this position include:

  • B.S. in Computer Science or in a related technical field
  • 15+ years hands-on software engineering experience
  • Background in database internals or building core components for large scale data processing systems
  • Strong database fundamentals including SQL, performance, multi-threading, and schema design
  • Fluency in C++, C, or Java
