An IT company has an open position for a Remote Engineering Vice President.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Hiring engineering managers and help them scale their teams successfully
• Providing leadership, career development, coaching, and mentoring to the all team members
• Leading and defining the processes we use to write, test and ship code to our customers

Required Skills:

• Should be someone who still likes to code and is very close to technology in regards to trends, automation, innovation and best practices
• Experience managing large engineering teams
• Very strong technical background
• A proven track record of being able to recruit, hire, mentor and develop engineers
