Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building, developing, and managing a world-class engineering team
• Developing standards and procedures to ensure quality standards are met and maintained
• Understanding and collaborating with the product team on product lifecycle from concept to execution

Required Skills:

• You have 10+ years of engineering management experience in high-growth engineering organizations
• Experience in B2B SaaS companies with a proven track record of building applications and technology
• Proven experience building, growing, retaining and inspiring a world-class team of customer-focused technologists
• Extensive engineering expertise in the areas of tooling, specifications, product maintenance
• You have extensive experience building large-scale technology and applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas
