Skills and Requirements Include:
- Has shipped and maintained major products with large user-bases
- Extensive management experience, of ICs and of managers
- Strong leadership abilities with natural charisma who can hire from a strong network
- Strong track record as a high performing leader building and managing large teams
- Experience with a partially or completely distributed team
