Job Summary

A male fertility company has a current position open for a Remote Engineering Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Working in close partnership with product, marketing, operations, and customer success to deliver the most human patient experience in the male health product category
• Determining the best way to implement customer-centric solutions to pain points throughout the journey, often finding workarounds to technical limitations
• Performing other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

• 10 years experiencing building, scaling, and managing tech solutions and tech teams from 5 to 30 in regulated industries like consumer health or fin-tech
• Ability to communicate complex tech solutions and limitations to executives, product managers, marketers, and company at large
• Experience working with product, marketing, and medical teams in collaborative environment. This philosophy of collaboration is required
