Job Summary

A workforce solutions provider is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Engineering Vice President.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Leading the engineering teams to deliver high-quality software on schedule
  • Ensuring that the engineering team is using best practices and current technologies
  • Working with product management and other stakeholders to define product requirements and roadmaps

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
  • 12+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Experience with AWS, Backend, Frontend, and Mobile App Development
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience managing multiple large engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology, Scrum or Kanban
