Remote Engineering Vice President

Job Summary

A meditation products developer has an open position for a Remote Engineering Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Creating a technical strategy for shared infrastructure and services
• Creating a technical strategy for ML/AI, Data Science, and Data Eng
• Partnering with your engineering peers and the CTO to solve engineering-wide problems

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience
• have managed teams of 50+ for at least 5 years
• Strong organization-building background
• have a proven record and experience in AI/ML, Data Eng and Data Science (5+ years on the Director or VP level)
• Demonstrated track record of recruiting, managing, motivating, and retaining a multi-site global engineering team
• Have built and operated teams that own shared infrastructure and services utilized by multiple product lines
