• Hire, advise, and coach engineers at all levels

• Work to understand and improve our engineering team structure, processes, and culture

Required Skills:

• 15+ years of experience in engineering
• 5+ years working on a successful consumer product with 1M+ users
• 10+ years leading and scaling software engineering organizations
• Deep experience in evolving engineering
• Track record of developing and scaling high-performance engineering teams of 100-plus members
• Experience as part of a data-driven executive team to help deliver results against specific objectives
