Job Summary
A business software development company has an open position for a Remote Engineering Vice President in San Mateo.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Mentor, grow and run a high functioning, highly productive, agile, inclusive, motivated and distributed engineering organization
- Closely partner with the product organization to build a vision and roadmap that meet business goals and revenue targets
- Position and showcase S4Teams as a model of how world-class products and experiences can and should be built
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 10+ years experience leading software engineering teams with a distinguished track record of delivering on demanding projects
- Bachelors/Masters degree required in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience running a line of business as the engineering leader
- 5+ years experience managing managers and organizations of 25+ people
