Job Summary

A consulting firm is in need of a Remote English Language Arts PreK Curriculum Writer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Develop a supplemental PK foundational skills curricular resource
• Develop deliverables that comply with specific design criteria and for implementation in a digital environment
• Availability during regular work week, with some night or weekend work as needed

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience teaching diverse learners in early childhood and early elementary classroom(s)
• Experience developing curricular resources for use by others
• Experience with Illinois Early Learning and Development Standards (IELDS)
• Experience with Teaching Strategies GOLD Objectives for Learning and Development
• Experience with NAEYC Developmentally Appropriate Practices, and current research and evidence-based practices in early literacy
