Job Summary
An accounting firm is seeking a Remote Enrolled Agent or CPA Tax Advisor in Chicago.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Preparing individual (1040) and business tax returns
- Performing related tasks as assigned
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS Accounting or other relevant degree or combination of education and experience
- Enrolled Agent Licence and/or CPA Certification
- Participation in preparing personal and business tax returns for 2+ tax seasons
- Proficiency in related technologies; spreadsheets, tax prep and bookkeeping software
- Experience advising business entities, tax preparation, payroll and bookkeeping
