Job Summary
A business process outsourcing company has an open position for a Remote Enrolled Agent or Practicing Attorney or Certified Public Accountant Seasonal Tax Preparer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide tax support and advice
- Ensure an excellent customer experience using your expertise
- Carefully document all customer interactions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Are an Enrolled Agent, CPA or Practicing Attorney with an active PTIN#
- Comfortable interacting over video and chat
- Have at least 3 seasons filing 30 or more individual and small business tax returns
- Experience using tax prep software in a tax practice/retail setting
