Job Summary
A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Enrollment and Billing Operations Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping launch new products and features
- Ensuring that communication plans are documented and completed for new product launches
- Monitoring the status of specific project dependencies related to the project
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of work experience in health insurance and/or operations
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Experience designing and improving workflows and operating procedures
- Bachelor's degree or 5 years of commensurate experience
- PMP Certifications or Program Management Certifications
- Experience defining tech requirements and partnering with tech teams to drive toward execution
