Job Summary
A health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Enrollment and Billing Process Design Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping develop, strategize, plan, build and scale new technical interventions from scratch to guide optimization, scalability, and cost reduction
- Partnering with all team members and lead process from strategic objective to delivery
- Leading delivery of company-wide projects
Required Skills:
- 5+ years of experience leading or directing cross-functional programs in varied sizes
- Experience working with several different project methodologies(Agile, Waterfall, Scrum) and productivity tools
- Experience identifying and resolving systemic issues in both software and people systems
- 3+ years experience in health care
