A healthcare company has an open position for a Remote Enrollment Clinical Administrative Coordinator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Making outbound calls to assess members' current enrollment eligibility for program
- Identifying and entering current provider information
- Providing patient education on benefits of KRS / KCP Program
Qualifications for this position include:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher
- Experience using a Windows PC and learning new applications easily
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Customer Service experience
- Ability to work flex shifts, including afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Access to high speed internet or the ability to obtain it within your area
