Job Summary
A technology education company is filling a position for a Remote Enrollment Coach.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to emails, texts, support tickets, and voicemails from existing applicants
- Achieving and aspiring to exceed weekly/monthly metrics
- Participating in team meetings, trainings, huddles to celebrate wins and share goals
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, university enrollment, recruiting, or sales
- Experience managing a high volume of daily outbound/inbound phone calls
- Experience with Salesforce
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
