Job Summary

A technology education company is filling a position for a Remote Enrollment Coach.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Responding to emails, texts, support tickets, and voicemails from existing applicants
  • Achieving and aspiring to exceed weekly/monthly metrics
  • Participating in team meetings, trainings, huddles to celebrate wins and share goals

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, university enrollment, recruiting, or sales
  • Experience managing a high volume of daily outbound/inbound phone calls
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • You are a self-starter who will find a way to help applicants get through the admissions process
