Community Influencer is focused on providing real estate agents with an amazing learning platform that teaches them how to generate leads online and we're on the hunt to add TWO sales superstars to our growing team!
Your Mission: We've got a pipeline full of inbound leads Now, we need you to hop on scheduled calls, have enrollment conversations with potential clients, and help guide them to purchase the program that best fits their needs. After fully enhancing our learning platform, we're offering a high-ticket coaching program, as well as an online course, for agents that need help with their marketing plans. The leads are pouring in, and we're looking to add two game-changers to our team to help us grow a scalable sales process.
We provide the marketing, leads, scripts, and the sales training - We just need you to call and close!
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE LOOK LIKE?
This is a commission-based sales role. Primarily, you will be conducting 1-1 phone calls via our sales CRM with potential clients. This role is a set-your-own schedule, work-from-home, independent contractor position in the real estate coaching industry.
As a sales superstar, you'll be an integral part of the team, and will attend regular virtual meetings to brainstorm new ideas and report on your success. This position could also involve working some evening hours and on weekends (since you may be responding to potential clients outside of normal work hours to seal the deal).
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
Conducting scheduled sales calls with leads from all over the world
Prospecting for qualified clients in various platforms (like our Facebook Group with over 6000+ members, online forums, etc.)
Listening to potential customers' needs (and budgets) and helping communicate options for them
Engaging and coaching clients to guide them through the enrollment process
Gathering feedback to improve the enrollment process (this is where we'll be able to scale our sales process)
This will not be a good fit if you are a full-time Realtor, Virtual Assistant, or own another business that you plan to continue to grow, please do not apply. We're looking for a superstar that's super excited to go all-in with this position.
