Job Summary

A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Enrollment Eligibility Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Processing enrollment applications, reports, and transactions
• Handling all enrollment related concerns
• Answering incoming phone calls from Agents (and Agents with their clients) with questions regarding the enrollment process

Required Skills:

• High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
• 1+ years of experience with COMPAS
• 1+ years of experience with the AARP Medicare Supplement products
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel (reading, creating, and saving documents and reading spreadsheets)
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
