Key Responsibilities

• Lead benefits enrollment and support teams for onsite and call center operations
• Develop and implement benefits communication and engagement strategies
• Manage and maintain call center software platforms and resolve enrollment issues

Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in employee benefits or insurance
• Management experience in a customer service environment
• Experience with benefits enrollment platforms such as Employee Navigator, ADP, or Workday
• Ability to train and support benefits counselors
• Experience in developing training guidelines and enrollment strategies
