An online education company is seeking a Remote Enrollment Operations Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Identify opportunities to level-up the enrollment team’s processes
• Assist in quantitative analyses of key conversion metrics to identify opportunities
• Partner with Enrollment team to collect feedback or ideas for process improvements

Required Skills:

• 1+ year of experience working in enrollment/sales
• Creative thinker; has the ability to identify areas of opportunity unprompted
• Operation-minded and metric driven individual
• Exceptional organizational skills; ability to track and complete multiple projects independently
• Exceptional problem solving, communication, and time-management skills
• Comfortable with an ambiguous, dynamic, and fast-paced work environment
