Job Summary

To support the enrollment process, the part-time Remote Enrollment Specialist will manage student inquiries and registrations, drive enrollment and retention rates, and collaborate with marketing and customer relations to enhance business operations.

Key responsibilities

• Drive enrollment, retention, and conversion rates in existing and new locations
• Professionally handle inquiries and registrations across the full range of services and activities
• Manage Open Houses and lead change projects to improve customer engagement and recruit new students

Required qualifications

• Availability to work minimally one weekday and one weekend
• Proficiency in CRM systems and customer service
• Tech-savvy with strong skills in Google Suite
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including professional handling of client feedback
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment
