Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enrollment Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Building trusting relationships with interested older adults and their loved ones
• Fielding inbound interest from and/or conducting outbound sales calls to prospective new members
• Guiding prospective new members through the enrollment process

Required Skills:

• B2C sales experience, preferably working with older adults and/or in a membership/subscription sales setting
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Drive and other common software applications
• Strong bias for exceptional customer service
• Self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication, teamwork and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to embrace and adapt to rapid change while supporting others to do the same
