Job Summary

An emergency response company has an open position for a Remote Enrollment Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Be responsible for focusing on customer acquisition and retention, while interacting with customers
• Research client history and use best practices to enroll/retain potential clients
• Work with management to build and grow a sales-oriented culture

Qualifications Include:

• Required High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of related professional experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
• Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks at the same time
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
