Job Summary
An emergency response company has an open position for a Remote Enrollment Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Be responsible for focusing on customer acquisition and retention, while interacting with customers
- Research client history and use best practices to enroll/retain potential clients
- Work with management to build and grow a sales-oriented culture
Qualifications Include:
- Required High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of related professional experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours and overtime when needed
- Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in managing multiple tasks at the same time
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
