A global healthcare company has a current position open for a Remote Enrollment Specialist in Indianapolis.
Must be able to:
- Assist applicants through application process via telephone
- Respond to member eligibility questions and verify enrollment status
- Work on simple tasks using established procedures
Position Requirements Include:
- Work on simple tasks using established procedures
- Familiarity with computer and Windows PC applications, (Word – creating, saving, formatting and editing documents, Excel)
- 1+ years of data entry experience coupled with some telephone responsibilities
