Job Summary
A retail health company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Absence Management Case Manager Lead.
Must be able to:
- Directly supervise a team of 9 to 10 Case Managers, Enterprise Absence Management
- Support the Case Management Manager, Enterprise Absence Management
- Review and partner with Quality Assurance Specialists and Trainers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 3+ years of FMLA, State Leaves, Disability or HR
- High School Diploma or GED
- A strong commitment to Customer Service as exemplified by behaviors and disposition
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
- Excellent written, verbal and listening skills to reflect a friendly, positive disposition
- Demonstrated ability to maintain work in the strictest of confidence
