• Technically capable of reading permit sets, construction drawings, and understanding construction techniques
• Detail oriented, highly organized, innately wired to seek order from chaos
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on efficient clarity
• 5-15 years of experience in project management, account management, or customer success
• Adept at developing working relationships
