Job Summary
A global technology company is in need of a Remote Enterprise Account Management Director.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Develop territory and team plans
- Identify risk and be decisive to ensure any risk is mitigated
- Develop and coach a high-performing team
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Willingness to travel approximately 40%
- 10 years of experience developing high-performing enterprise software sales teams
- proven track record of exceeding team quotas/targets
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal)
