Job Summary

A global technology company is in need of a Remote Enterprise Account Management Director.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop territory and team plans
  • Identify risk and be decisive to ensure any risk is mitigated
  • Develop and coach a high-performing team

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%
  • 10 years of experience developing high-performing enterprise software sales teams
  • proven track record of exceeding team quotas/targets
  • Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
  • Executive level communication skills (both written and verbal)
