Job Summary

A cloud based contact center solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Achieving assigned revenue quota and retention goals for existing customers
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships i
  • Developing and applying an understanding of products, services, sales methodology, and support processes

Qualifications for this position include:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management in the call center space
  • Strong technical knowledge of contact center technology
  • Strong account planning and management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Ability to discuss, understand, and work within complex projects and processes
