A cloud based contact center solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Achieving assigned revenue quota and retention goals for existing customers
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships i
- Developing and applying an understanding of products, services, sales methodology, and support processes
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3+ years of experience in account management in the call center space
- Strong technical knowledge of contact center technology
- Strong account planning and management skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Ability to discuss, understand, and work within complex projects and processes
