Job Summary
A healthcare technology company has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise Account Manager in El Segundo.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client service activities and become a trusted advisor to key stakeholders in client companies
- Serve as the primary point of communications between the established Enterprise clients and internal team members
- Collaborate closely with RxVantage’s implementation team to ensure new customer onboarding is timely and successful
Qualifications for this position include:
- BS or BA required
- 5+ years of experience in client services, consulting or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, technology and/or SaaS
- Curiosity and proactiveness to learn and educate colleagues about client business and issues
- Highly collaborative and able to influence others to act, even if they do not report directly to you
- Strong organizational skills, judgment and decision-making skills
