Remote Enterprise Account Manager in Boston

Job Summary

A technology company that provides a platform-as-a-service solutions for businesses is in need of a Remote Enterprise Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage several larger accounts by understanding the customers’ IT and business objectives, priorities, requirements and challenges, and add value by implementing company's strategy to meet those needs
• Drive business performance for all business units (Servers, Storage, Networking, Services) and manage the portfolio mix to optimize profitability of the accounts
• Build and develop relevant customer relationship networks with key influencers and decision makers in IT and business

Qualifications Include:

• 8-12+ years account management experience
• Experience in Big Data, Hybrid IT, IT services, Digital Business, Information Security, AI and Intelligent Edge desired
• Experience in IT industry
• Experience working as an IT leader, within an IT department, and/or working within customers is a plus
• Experience in customers’ vertical industry preferred
• Proven extraordinary strong track record of account management and sales performance
