Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Enterprise Account Senior Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Guide Enterprise customers through Implementation and Onboarding
- Collaborate with product management on features important to the customer
- Monitor account health and report any risks of churn and train customers on new features
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience guiding customers to define use cases, leading customer through strategic discussions
- Exposure to front end development concepts such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience in working with customer data platforms, digital analytics, personalization/tag management
- Proven leadership roles in customer partnerships
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven capacity to reliably manage a lot of different projects at once without issues
