Job Summary
A digital asset trading company is in need of a Remote Enterprise Administration Platform Product Associate.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Talking to customers, understand the key issues that lead to customer dissatisfactio
- Owning and keeping a track of metrics and ensure that each feature impacts metrics in a positive way
- Driving impact on the key metrics like CSAT (Customer satisfaction)
