Job Summary
A software development, training, and consulting firm needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Enterprise Agile Coach in Ann Arbor.
Must be able to:
- Design and implement an organizational Agile transformation strategy
- Develop a plan for integrating Agile values and principles across the IT and Business organizations
- Develop and nurture a collaborative partnership between IT and Business leaders
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 3+ years coaching at the Team level
- 5+ years coaching at the Organizational/Enterprise level, preferably at multiple companies
- Knowledge of and experience using various Agile methodologies
- Expertise with operating model design, organization change management and culture change
- Involvement in leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of Agile Coaches
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
