Job Summary

A data solution provider is seeking a Remote Support Lead.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being responsible for overseeing and managing a team of technical support professionals
  • Ensure exceptional customer support per any issues, handling escalations, and providing guidance
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support tickets

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity
  • Familiarity with MongoDB and its administration, including performance optimization and troubleshootin
  • Proficiency in Linux and Shell Scripting, with the ability to automate tasks and develop efficient scripts
  • Experience with incident and problem management processes
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, query optimization, database performance tuning, and administration
