Job Summary
A data solution provider is seeking a Remote Support Lead.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Being responsible for overseeing and managing a team of technical support professionals
- Ensure exceptional customer support per any issues, handling escalations, and providing guidance
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, support tickets
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven experience in a technical support role, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity
- Familiarity with MongoDB and its administration, including performance optimization and troubleshootin
- Proficiency in Linux and Shell Scripting, with the ability to automate tasks and develop efficient scripts
- Experience with incident and problem management processes
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server, query optimization, database performance tuning, and administration
