Job Summary

A software development and programming platform provider has an open position for a Remote Enterprise and Cloud Software Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Provide reactive software product support
  • Resolve concerns, issues, and questions in a professional and timely manner
  • Define and improve internal processes and identify product improvement opportunities

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years relevant experience supporting distributed software (Windows and Mac, or Linux environment)
  • 5+ years experience as an open source system/DevOps engineer
  • 2+ years working with and supporting external customers
  • Strong background working with and supporting containers, container orchestration, Kubernetes
  • Excellent skills with analysis, debugging, core networking, administrating cloud applications, and working on highly available systems
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, and work with customers via virtual conferencing
