Job Summary

A digital customer engagement services company is seeking a Remote Enterprise Applications Administrator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Documenting configuration requirements and end state
• Troubleshooting issues that may arise and implementing solutions
• Analyzing support team effectiveness and reporting on the health of the support environment to the business at large

Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years experience administering and/or implementing SaaS technologies
• Significant experience administering Zendesk
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong sense of personal accountability and the ability to work independently
• Ability to communicate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively
