Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Enterprise Applications IT Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Ensuring a secure framework and change management process are followed when making changes to each application.
- Being responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the assigned SaaS applications to include providing tier 1 and tier 2
- Creating end-user accounts, terminating access, and changing access based on established procedures
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree, computer science / related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills: demonstrable people management skills and experience
- Ability to lead and build out integrations between multiple applications
