Job Summary

A mobile engagement platform company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise B2B Customer Success Manager.


Must be able to:

  • Ensure increasing adoption rates and collaborate with client stakeholders for license expansion
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the customer’s implementation is successful
  • Maintain customer relationships

Required Skills:

  • 4+ years of customer success or other tech client-facing experience
  • 2+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills. Effectively delivers content both written and verbally meeting the needs of the audience
  • Solution-oriented
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan
