Job Summary
A mobile engagement platform company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise B2B Customer Success Manager.
Must be able to:
- Ensure increasing adoption rates and collaborate with client stakeholders for license expansion
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure the customer’s implementation is successful
- Maintain customer relationships
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of customer success or other tech client-facing experience
- 2+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience
- Excellent communication skills. Effectively delivers content both written and verbally meeting the needs of the audience
- Solution-oriented
- Ability to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan
