Job Summary

A software development company has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise B2B Sales Director in the Austin Area.

Must be able to:

  • Directly manage a team of 5-8 field based individual contributors
  • Provide leadership for quota carrying regional acquisition sales teams as we scale the business
  • Work with VP Sales and CRO to build, manage, and develop the team

Qualifications Include:

  • Travel as needed through the South Central territory
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years Management experience required
  • Strong collaboration and teambuilding skills
  • 12+ years of Business to Business (B2B) sales experience
  • You must have a strong track record working in Sales Leadership
