Job Summary
An educational institution has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Business Operations Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Creating custom payment links required for buyers
- Tracking performance against key sales and customer success goals and KPIs by running reports across systems
- Working with enterprise buyers and internal finance team to move clients from contract signature to payment and student/member enrollment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Have experience working across multiple systems to drive quality assurance
- Are extremely detail-oriented and pride yourself on systems thinking
- 2-3 years of experience in an operational role (i.e. sales ops, business ops, Salesforce admin)
- Have a post-secondary degree or equivalent professional experience
- Have worked in a fast-paced, high-growth workplace, and thrive with the responsibility and challenges that come with this
- Are an articulate communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills
