Job Summary

A safety platform is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Client Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Own the customer lifecycle (post-sale) for strategic enterprise clients
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
  • Create and execute renewal plans, partnering internally and externally

Qualifications Include:

  • Up to 15% travel required
  • 3+ years proven track record in an enterprise account management role
  • Strong business skills along with technical know-how
  • Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal
