Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Enterprise Communications Software Support Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
  • Troubleshooting support inquiries to quickly identify any issues
  • Helping customers via email and social media

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Ability to attend a yearly off-site retreat
  • 3+ years experience in SaaS companies working in Customer Support or related role
  • Experience working closely with large international customer accounts
  • Knowledge of value-based selling processes and retention strategies
  • Experience working with targets (SLAs, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction)
  • Experience with Zendesk and other CRM tools
