A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Enterprise Communications Software Support Specialist.

- Developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty
- Troubleshooting support inquiries to quickly identify any issues
- Helping customers via email and social media
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to attend a yearly off-site retreat
- 3+ years experience in SaaS companies working in Customer Support or related role
- Experience working closely with large international customer accounts
- Knowledge of value-based selling processes and retention strategies
- Experience working with targets (SLAs, Productivity and Customer Satisfaction)
- Experience with Zendesk and other CRM tools
