Job Summary
An IT company is seeking a Remote Enterprise CRS PMS Customer Success Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Driving customer usage and adoption of Hospitality ACRS and APMS products
- Ensuring customers realize the value proposition targeted during the sales process
- Generating Hospitality revenue through upsell and cross-sell
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business field required or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years hospitality Customer Success, corporate CRS, PMS or revenue management product management
- Demonstrated experience of managing a portfolio of products across multiple large accounts
- Strong knowledge of traditional enterprise brand organizations
- Good knowledge and understanding of products and hotel industry
- Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
