Job Summary

An IT company is seeking a Remote Enterprise CRS PMS Customer Success Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving customer usage and adoption of Hospitality ACRS and APMS products
  • Ensuring customers realize the value proposition targeted during the sales process
  • Generating Hospitality revenue through upsell and cross-sell

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related business field required or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years hospitality Customer Success, corporate CRS, PMS or revenue management product management
  • Demonstrated experience of managing a portfolio of products across multiple large accounts
  • Strong knowledge of traditional enterprise brand organizations
  • Good knowledge and understanding of products and hotel industry
  • Proficiency with MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
