Job Summary
A customer service software developer has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Customer Onboarding Implementation Manager.
Must be able to:
- Work with Customer Success Engineers to ensure data is properly modeled and integrated
- Act as Project Manager for assigned Onboarding projects from Kick-Off to Go Live
- Conduct deep-dive, detailed discovery meetings to translate customer needs to product offering
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years relevant experience in customer success, professional services, and implementation
- Expertise in SaaS Implementatio n
- Familiarity with Customer Success best practices and methodology
- Experience with web-based technologies, SaaS, and Product
- Experience in dealing with Enterprise clients
