A healthcare company is seeking a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Director in Burlingame.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Hiring, developing and leading a team of high performing Customer Success Managers
- Helping your team members develop strategies for partnering with our customers
- Owning the engagement, growth and retention of our Enterprise Customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10+ years of work experience in a high-growth, fast paced environment
- Passion for mental health and changing the healthcare landscape
- Excellent listening and communication skills-both verbal and written
- Ability to innovate and creatively solve problems in a highly collaborative manner
- Strong project management skills and a demonstrated ability to build processes that can scale
