Job Summary

A technology company has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the customer lifecycle; lead implementation and launch activities,
  • Act as a product expert and trusted advisor to customers
  • Lead quarterly business reviews and conversations with c-level executives

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 4+ years' prior account management experience
  • Experience working on growing customer success teams
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional partners
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with enterprise-level customers throughout the customer lifecycle
