A technology company has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the customer lifecycle; lead implementation and launch activities,
- Act as a product expert and trusted advisor to customers
- Lead quarterly business reviews and conversations with c-level executives

- 4+ years' prior account management experience
- Experience working on growing customer success teams
