Job Summary

A computer software company has an open position for a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Engage during implementation (collaborating with implementation project management)
  • Lead Strategic Business Reviews, build presentations, and provide recommendations to customer executive sponsors
  • Be accountable for renewal and services quota; and pipeline generation targets

Qualifications Include:

  • ERP experience required
  • Experience at a SaaS company delivering unique solutions to an enterprise customers
  • Technical and industry background, as well as project management
  • Proficient at correlating business value with technology
  • Business analysis aptitude and an understanding of ERP landscape
