Job Summary
A marketing company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the customer relationship of large enterprise clients
- Identifying opportunities and strategies for future investment opportunities
- Act as the “Voice of Customer” for ongoing product development and feedback
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years experience in a strategic account management, customer success, or client director role
- Experience working cross functionally with multiple internal stakeholders
- Proven success at finding key stakeholders
- Strong project management skills developed to ensure goals, KPI’s and defined business outcomes are achieved
