Job Summary
A product and market research firm has a current position open for a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Support project and account management across a growing enterprise client base
- Create tools, best practices and methods that support process efficiency
- Manage a sizable book of enterprise and emerging brand clients
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years experience working as a CSM for a SaaS business
- Very comfortable in Excel, driven to automate, create tools, best practices and methods
- Flexible and agile in responding to evolving business priorities
