Job Summary

An online marketplace for students and tutors is filling a position for a Remote Enterprise Customer Success Manager in Dallas.

Must be able to:

  • Proactively own and manage the success of a portfolio of enterprise-level customers
  • Develop individual success plans for each customer
  • Consult with customers on their internal learning and development strategy

Qualifications Include:

  • Getting onsite with customers
  • BA or BS degree
  • 5-8 years of B2B SaaS customer success or account management experience
  • Experience working with HR/L&D customers
  • Able to build and nurture trusted relationships
  • Able to identify, work and close complex deals
